Trying to change trolling motors on my boat. It has the little rubber T shaped isolators.
Four of them, the other three the bolt spins with little resistance but does not loosen the isolator from the deck, nor does the bolt back out.
Any ideas? No access to below the deck.

Sounds like the bottom of the isolator has become separated from the upper portion so it is spinning with the screw instead of loosening. May be able to get a screwdriver or straight edge under the screw and apply upward pressure so the isolator will press together then hit it with a power drill real quick.
