Trolling on Murray

Has anyone has any luck lately trolling around the towers?

I see everyone tied up to the towers, but hardly anyone trolling. I’m probably gonna give it a shot this weekend and see if anything bites. I usually troll with 2 stretch 25’s off the outriggers and 2 umbrella rigs off the stern. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Thanks

CB & I are going…may need epirb and liferafts! Trolling the stretchs’ from Jakes up would be good! Look for schooling fishs while trolling-I like a pop-r or a sammie for topwater

Epic Failure=When everyday, run of the mill failure just won’t do

i like the zara spook, but i need a light action tip to get it working right. i also keep a 3/4 oz rooster tail in white silver ready to throw. they cast a mile. let it sink a few feet then give it a jerk to get the spinner rollling. i like it because it gets below the surface activity which they say is where the bigger fish are.
