So I guess I need to ask more questions about what makes a trophy. This weekend I managed to catch two true gators. 23 inch trout that weighed 5-7 and a 26 inch beast that weighed 6-4. I want to get a double replica done any recommendation on a good local taxidermist. Click link for photos

What does that mean? They should be .jpg files. Open the pic on Facebook til it gets “big.” Right click - save picture as, save where you want.
Then on this forum, get the reply to topic page up, and click the little paperclip to upload an image. Find the image on your computer and hit upload and it’s done.

King Sailfish Mounts does great work. Send them measurement, pics, etc. and they can knock it out for you. Probably could’ve done a skin mount since ya kept them

You talked about it and it happened. Good luck topping a 26. My biggest is a 23 but may have caught one bigger but was use to catching big fish and was in hot bite so I released it quicker than I caught it only to think that it was a big trout right as it hit the water. Can’t count it though because I’m not 100 on its size but it was long and and then Possibly a big male.
I got ya. And you’re probably right about that, but then again I could top my personal best Saturday when I go back out. I know bigger ones are out there and I guess that will keep me going back.
