Bite was off for past three weeks. Ana woke them up. Big striped bass, topwater, super spook jr., Friday morning. Mid tide falling, current ripping. This was the bigger of two fish this morning.

Nice striper. Did you catch that around Charleston? I lived in Long Island and caught plenty in the surf. Not having much luck with the redfish and trout. I would love to to get into some bass. Thanks
yes. caught around Charleston. Stripers in our coastal waters are in some of the rivers. Not in the surf like Cape Hatteras and north. Our coastal stripers tend to stay in their river and move up and down river with the season, but do not get offshore.
I heard there are stripers in Lake Moultrie. I just moved here from VA 3 years ago. I REALLY miss those beautiful BIG Chesapeake Bay Stripers and Red Drum. Anybody ever caught em in Lake Moultrie in the fall?
