We had a banner day today with specs on the rising tide. Fished moving clear ( but stained ) water around oysters. Popping corks with a variety of artificial shrimp. Probably hit a dozen spots - some old , some new, north of Chas. Might have seen 4 boats fishing. Caught about 50; probably 30 legal fish.
If we can do it, anyone can. Time on the water.

As if to prove I’m not so smart when it comes to trout fishing, after two great trips in a week, I caught 3 today. Wind was n/e at 12 - 15. Water temp was up from 65 to 72 in 3 days. I would love to know of anybody caught fish this afternoon.
Trout bite was good early, (we weren’t targeting them), then everything died for us once the wind picked up.
