My old red painted lead heads are running low and I was looking at trying these. What is everyone’s preferred eye color? I was leaning towards red.
Gold

When they come for my guns and ammo. I plan on giving them the ammo. first!
Gold, Crazy & Glow. They all seem to work. Gold is the most lifelike though.
There’s no I in Barbeque Team.
I keep a good quantity of all of them (gold, red, glow, pearl) on hand. They’re inexpensive and they all catch fish. You never know which one might the “ticket” for that particular outing so why not have some of each.

Well I ordered some from optiker and the darn things were at my doorstep a day later. Great job on quick shipping. Now I just need to get through the week and go fishing.
Thanks for the input
Awesome to hear. I try my hardest to ship same day or next day. Delivery is usually 2 day, except for local
A note about the color. I keep a mix in my box and really just reach down for whatever I get. Personally, I don’t use red very often. We have plenty of evidence that they work very well, but its a proven fact that inshore fish don’t see the color red. They surely see the contrast of the pupil and eye which maybe somehow they prefer, but being an ‘optiker’ I can’t wrap my head around it Red has the best shelf appeal. It looks the best to a human IMO. Anyway, I do pretty good with the other three… My personal favorites are glow and gold

I’ve always liked the gold but Optiker convinced me to give the glow a try and it’s quickly became my go-to color. That said, in very clear water, I always reach for pearl first but again, never splash the boat without plenty of all four.
