I had a buddy give me a few trout eye jigs while we were out fishing the other day.
I usually use a 1/8 oz with my Trout trick, as Bob recommends.
What is the weight of the trout eye jig? 1/4 oz?

They are actually 3/16 oz. Note that jigs often are not the weight advertised. Some jigs sold as 1/4 are 3/16. Some sold as 1/8 are 3/16. Ours are a true 3/16.

I like the huge eye and the hook eyelet on top of the head. Great design Optiker.
Any plans for different weights?
