Thanks for sharing this video. I enjoyed watching it. I really want to figure out how to catch trout, but so far I suck. I appreciate watching your success.
You are fishing, and I am not; that’s your first secret!
It is interesting how different fishermen have favorite tactics. You are obviously very confident of that spot, and you caught several fish there. I would have moved, trying different angles, as well as other baits. You like casting jigs, and are good at fishing them. Either I or my partner would have had on a DOA popping cork three feet above a DOA shrimp - something different. Another friend of mine would have tried a 3/4 oz. Hopkins, and would have worn me out!

Can’t tell you how many hits I get when I stop reeling to adjust the trolling motor. Reminds me every time to SLOW DOWN!
