Took advantage of a nice day. The trout and reds were chewing all morning. Lots of 14-16" fish, with a few nice 18-22’s mixed in. Caught and released 75+ fish OTF.

White clouser with purple Krystal flash, aluminum over sized eyes. Also used chart/ white bendbacks, and some sort of pink thing-y Mark had.

We were casting to schooling fish under birds and behind oyster bars. I’m lazy, lay it out and let the current do the work. Just stripping enough to keep the line tight. About got my rod jerked out of my hand a couple of times. Those unexpected strikes are the fun ones.
