Hey yall was just wondering what yalls trout tactics were this time of year. Ive been off at school and fish a whole lot in the summer but dont get out too much in the winter. Dont want anyones secret spot or anything just some general advice about rigs lures tides baits etc. Thanks. Merry Christmas!
caught trout today on Grubs and doa shrimp. 7-12 feet of water. Smoke colored grubs and Electric chicken Doa.
Caught a couple of trout fishing for reds on 1/4 oz jigheads and Gulp shrimp. New penny and natural color! Got pics under my post labeled “murrells inlet”. Got a slab trout on there!

What kind of water do trout like to hang in? Fast current, eddys, bends in the river? What do you guys look for when your hunting trout?
