Anyone got any good, fairly simple recipes for speckled trout? I would appreciate any suggestions!

a pan with olive oil with roasted garlic…fillets lightly battered in Italian bread crumbs…cook until you can easily push a fork through the meat…

this recipe is good for any whole fish.
scale, gut and score fish. dice fresh tomatoes, onion and garlic. soy sauce and lemon 1 to 3 ratio. mix veg with sauce and stuff cavity with veg, cover the fish with remaining. bake at 350 until fish is white and flaky.
