Lightly coat damp roe with some House Autry fish seasoning, heat up pan to med-high and sautee in a two big pats of salted butter, very simple and tasty! You can add a little hot sauce to it after cooking.

Got some Delenger Original Stone Ground Grits working, sauted off some bacon (added to grits) and coated the shad row in grits/spicy
montreal. Deep fried in the bacon grease with some JOhn’s Island Onions. WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!
