Went to CB last night for our first time out this season. We knew the tide wasn’t going to be the best but just wanted to work out the kinks. Had bait in the water 20 mins before sun down and then spent the next 20 minutes trying to run off a pod of 20+ dolphins that worked our poles until well after sun down. Made four passes and then pulled our poles after just getting one skrump. Guys next to us pulled at the same time too, so there must not have been must action last night… Beautiful sunset though…
thanks for the report…beautiful sunsets are nice, but we’re here to do a job…could have been worse, could have been raining :))
our first trip is this weekend, hoping for at least two shrimp…
