Tuna id

If you look at rightrx 4/14 report. The first two fish hanging on the board are similar in size, yet one fish has long pectoral fins and the other short angular fins. Can someone tell me what the difference between these two fish are

All the fish are kind of gray looking, so the markings and such are pretty much gone. The only other suspect I would say would be a Skip Jack. You would expect to see a couple of horizontal stripes down the sides of it, toward the back. And Skip’s have shorter pec fins.

Nope

You nailing up bonitas and skippies now Juice?

Got mixed in with bft McLeod even tried to clean it! I should have let him.

Should have busted out the wheat thins for some sashimi.

Second from left looks like a true bonito.

Skippy: Edible, just not palatable. Bled and brined one offshore and had skipjack sushi years ago. NC charter boats bring them back all the time for some reason.

If you got time to lean, you got time to clean.
