Got a pork butt in there too, but it needs a couple more hours.
Looks perfectly done. Hard to beat smoked turkey.

Looks good!

Neither. I like to keep it simple.
Made a rub, used onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, crushed oregano, thyme and a pinch of turmeric. Turmeric helps with the color.
Basted with olive oil and then rubbed it.
Also, stuffed it with coarsely chopped celery, carrots, oinon and a few cloves of garlic.
Smoke for about 8 hrs until temp is about 180-185.
Smoking a Turkey can provide a moist and better tasting bird than any other method I have found.

That does sound good, OFM!
How long did you smoke it for and how big is the bird?
It was a small bird, don’t remember the weight. I think it was about 11-12#'s.
It was around 8 hrs, but temp is much more important than time. 180-185.
