Anyone hearing any gobblers yet with this weather? Also what chokes do yall use or would you recommend?
Everyday… in the front yard.
My good sir, you are very fortunate!
Been seeing plenty, still in large groups. Call William at sumtoy chokes, one of the best in the business.
Heard anything about Comp-N-Choke?

These are all hens. Have not heard a gobble yet this year and I’m outside every day by 0630.

I haven’t. I do know my latest sumtoy is throwing an awesome pattern at 40yds out of my 20ga. If it isn’t t what you want William will make you a new one until your satisfied, he is serious about what he does. I will never buy another off the shelf choke tube, ever.
Scouted the government a few days last week. I heard exactly zero turkeys, but I was able to find a group of them. Buddy of mine went this morning and also didn’t hear a thing. Hopefully the warmer weather will get them going and the wind will stay light and variable!
The thunderchickens are gobbling heavy this morning behind my house, first ones I’ve heard this year. They just needed a little warm weather to get them fired up. Love hearing those birds gobble
