I have two fully working/functional Yamaha 250 OX66s with 30” shafts with all gauges, controls, one set of props ( 23), and two partial parts motors- 25” shaft OX66s. I’ll even throw in what extra new steering cable I have.
The 30” motors just came off the boat and are shown in the pics. I have the titles for these, but they have not been registered in South Carolina, if that matters to you. The compression was checked a few weeks ago and was even across both motors and all cylinders within 3 psi. Average was 122-123. These are ready to go motors, with no known issues.
25" Parts motors have the mids, lowers, and a lot of parts.
