Noticed on last trip when lowering motor it sounded like low battery/drain thoughts?
Second: Is there an online source that sells a “complete” Yamaha 115 annual diy service kit? To include oils, filters (oil/fuel) plugs anodes Etc…

Batteries can and will get weak and fail over time, some can and will fail fairly new if not brand new. Either have the battery load tested or use one of those digital chargers that tell you the percentage of the capacity. if it will not fully charge or if it doesn’t pass the load test, replace it.
As far as a DIY kit, I’m not aware of one. Either use the manual or internet to guide you on what needs to be serviced… go to boats.net and get what you need for your specific motor then go from there. Hope that helps.
