Two Recipes

First time post for me in “Cooking Your Catch”. Thought I would pass along two simple recipes that a mate in Hatteras shared. Nice changes from the standard grill. I have tried these with dolphin, grouper and tilefish. I am sure any white flaky fish would work

Recipe 1
Oven 350
Lightly top coat filets with mayo, season with salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste. Now coat top of filets with progresso bread crumbs (plain or italian-italian tasted better to me.) bake fish 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of filets. Last minute or so add parmesan cheese on top of filets and cook(turn to broil if you like) until cheese is melted…Serve

Recipe 2
Oven 350
Lightly coat top filets with melted butter, season with salt, pepper and heavy handed dashes of old bay. Now coat top of filets with crushed Utz Potato Chips “Crab Chip” flavor bake fish 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of filets…Serve
