Two reports in one

First Report (Friday - Saturday)
Left Wapoo around 430 pm Friday with Mike and Matt Murphy, lines in at 226 hole around before last light, Three Mahi (two over 30lbs). Set up for the Sword bite at 900 pm. (three lines for the Swords, one line for fun at the surface) No swords but two Sharks, (over 100 lbs). Drifted from 226 hole to 380 hole.(current was 2 kts)
Picked up sword lines at 600 am and put in trolling lines. Had two mahi in around 400 - 300 ft. no weedlines and very few rips. Trolled to the ledge. Picked up a few more mahi , one good Hoo (44 lbs)(at 150 - 160 ft). Stopped and gigged up a few reef donkey’s for fun. Lines in at 2 pm Sat.run to the house

Bueatiful trip after 6 months in Afghanistan

2nd report (Sunday)

Left Wapoo around 530 am with Paul (red) and the two wives, Lines in at the ledge around 800 am, trolled out to 400 ft with no weed lines or rips to be seen. Had some bait (skip jacks) so we were looking for big blue, had a Skip jack hit and rolled him up. The radio traffic was that mahi on the ledge, we trolled back in to the ledge, not much, hit a few trash fish (cuda, reef donkey)on the ledge. Had a friend call us and reported that they had a few big mahi and a sail, so we headed to the 300 ft AO. Liked up with them just in time to take a pic of them bringing in a good sai. (good job and good on them)
