hey all, I’ve got two old (read almost worn out)ultra light rods. I am looking for a group that takes kids fishing to give them to. they are great for bluegill, bream, small bass and crappie. I’ve used them in farm ponds and lakes for years but they recently got replaced with something new. I’ll give these rods away but I’d really like to give them to a charity group that introduces kids to fishing. I’d also be willing to give them to someone that would like to start fishing but doesn’t have the money to buy anything. they are both spooled with 4lb test mono that was put on over the winter. I’ll bring them down in May if they need to come to charleston. thanks everybody.
weve got a huge pond in our neighborhood that we have stocked full of bass and brem for the kids in the neighborhood to fish! ive givin two away already to them there always out there catchin em, ill spend an hour or two with them if i can since im busy at work. ill take them if thats ok but all you need to do is look down the street and there will be a kid without a rod!

hey I understand man, but I live out in the country in NC and regularly make trips down to see family in chucktown. most of the kids out here are sneaking on to everybody’s property and fishing anyway. I’m comin down in may and I’ll bring em with me.
