Hit up Daniel Island Thursday after work around 4pm. Went up in a little creek near the boat dock and found some shrimp and mud minnows with the cast net. Paddled up river and anchored infront of Ralston Creek. Fished minnows on the bottom and shrimp on a cork. Caught two one foot sharks on shrimp, nothin on the bottom. Had two seagulls hovering for about 20 mins eyin my cork. One finally went for it and got hooked. What a mess, spent the better part of a half hour reelin it in and gettin the hook out. Me and the Yak were covered in feathers… Stupid birds, next time Im bringin some Alka seltzer with me.
