Two things that work

Each year I do the mechanical on the engine, F150 Yamaha, and polish and wax the boat. I am always looking for more shine and less rubbing. This year I found two products that work very well. I found out that “rough cast mag wheel cleaner” will make a stainless prop shine like new money in about 30 seconds. Just spray it on and hit it with the water hose. I think it has a lot of acid in it so it is a good idea to clean the prop when it is off the engine. You can find the stuff at most auto parts stores (discount auto, etc.)
The other is a metal cleaner/polish called star shine. It is not a Star Brite product. The stuff is made in Germany and it works very well on stainless rails and aluminum T tops. You just wipe in on with a wet sponge, let it sit a couple of minutes and WASH it off with the water hose. No rubbing at all! I was turned on to this stuff by a shrimper and found it at West Marine.

Just thought I would pass this along.
