I have a 7’ Ugly Stik Intercoastal in MH that I’m trying to either sell or trade… I’m looking to get something lighter with a faster action… This rod has only been used a handful of times and is in excellent condition (basically new)…
I think that the Intercoastal is exclusive to walmart so I havent seen many to compare prices. I did see a new one sold on ebay for $15. How much are you asking? I might be interested.

I did get it at walmart a few years ago (aren’t all ugly stiks pretty much exclusive to places like walmart?). I’m really looking to trade it rather than selling outright, as I won’t likely be able to buy something to replace it for what I can sell it for… I just don’t get the chance to catch the bigger fish that it can handle, and I’d rather have something with lighter action… If I can’t find a good match, it’s not a big deal… you can never have too much fishing gear 
Negative sir, Angler and Haddrells both sell Ugly Stiks, the intercoastal was strictly walmart. Probably be better off just buying something new and holding onto the ugly stik

I agree. Just hold onto it. You never know when you will need it. You can pick up a nice one piece 7’ lighter action Ugly Stik just about anywhere for $29. And, if you ever need a rod with heavier action you already have it. You were spot on when you said you can never have too much fishing gear.

Lend ot to me so I can whack simon…hurricane over the head with it…siMon…the man said he wanted to trade something…c’mon…don’t be so discouraging…btw…big dead dolphin looming thing in marsh folly river…made me sad and was stinking up…stinking isn’t even the word…up my stretch of fish g bank…please g o remove it…tried to call DNR…no answer…parked itself in the marsh right next to be of those big pretty houses…bet they don’t Simon their pretty porch for a few days…wooooweeee…that’s one breeze that is not so gentle right now!
