Great day with the family and friends! Left the creek at around 7:00 with wife, 2 daughters, 2 nieces and 1 out of his mind neighbor 
! 1st bottom trip for the contender fisharound - ride out was good averaging 35-37 - start fishing around 8:30 with the kids deciding to tangle every line in the boat!! 
after that it was game on! My 10 year old catches a few nice sea bass and decides to turn green while the rest of the crew starts to figure this offshore thing out. The girls killed the Sea Bass bringing in around 40-50 really nice fish. My youngest niece decides she has had enough “small fish” and boats a really nice Gag -Capt. Black not to be out fished by a 14 year old girl decides to add to the box with another nice Gag. The boat is now positioned perfectly over the fish when the girls (all of which are feeling a little green) decide they have had enough at 11:30!!! [:0] Had it all packed up 12:00 and headed home! The ocean had picked up but we managed to run in at 40-42 - boat on the trailer at 1:15.
Comment of the day - My oldest daughter tells me next time she would like to catch some “Pretty Fish”?
