During our PAC meeting last night Chip brought up the idea of doing a presentation on the mobile Navionics App. After some thought we circled back this morning and thought that expanding on this idea would be awesome. The thought is to do a presentation on mobile apps that people use to help them with fishing. For example, I use a wind speed app that is very accurate and always helps me plan my trips. Im sure there are some others out there that people are using and may want to share. Contact me to discuss what you’ve got so I can try to incorporate it into this program.

Doesn’t matter which app you use… Shawn just holds the phone up in the air. If it blows out of his hand, its close to being too windy to fish in the big water.

I use two apps… One is an excellent “weather radar” app from wunderground.com, and the other app tells me where the fish are each day… just doesn’t tell me how to catch them.
