Rainy… VERY Rainy… nabbed a ton of bait and headed out… Lost@Sea and I caught about 10 redfish, a few sting rays, and a dink trout and I thought I had nabbed a big ol gator trout when I saw a big body wiht a lot of spots then I saw the needle mouth 
freakin gar… I haven’t seen so much bait EVER… threw top water for a while but nada. Got totally soaked through but had a blast and an awesome time. Mullet was the bait of choice and all the reds were slotties except a nice 27"-er Lost@Sea nabbed after his bait was down for about 4 seconds 
Felt good to get out in the kayak again
