Started fishing Friday afternoon around 4:00pm, rising tide. We caught 4 nice trout to 18" trolling grubs (purple, opening night) for dinner and also caught 3 rock fish, one that was tagged.
Starting fishing today around noon. First cast produced a over slot red on a popping cork and gulp.
We spent the rest of the day trolling and ending up catching around 30 and keeping 10 nice trout. Also caught another tagged rock fish. I’ll be expecting my T-shirts after I call the numbers in next week!
how far up from paradise did you get those rock bass? are they normally up that way? thought we only got hybrids in the fresh water. Thanks for any imput…Mike
