The last 4 weeks I couldn’t catch a cold! I finally put together a decent day.
Water clarity was 1000% better today. Put in at zero dark thirty at low to beat the heat. Traveled to Horlbeck Creek at low, found reds busting bait, topwater bait of choice was whooper plopper-I didn’t need another lure-caught 5-incoming tide headed back to upper Wando, fished flat in 12-24" of water cut mullet produced more than live-caught 7. All fish were slot or a little bigger.
Thanks for the encouraging report. Clearly things are not slow for everyone.

9/29 Wando is my backyard and trying to figure it out for years. Spent all day today between 41 and Planters Point. Up and down trying all sorts of things. Couple hits is all I could report. Ran today 1pm-5pm from bottom to rising.
