Fished the upper wando starting on the last bit of outgoing. When we started the water had that coppery post big rain color that seems to keep the fish from biting. I got a few casts to a small school on a flat and got one hit on topwater. Nothing by my usual docks on the bottom. Reds didn’t really turn on till incoming was coming long enough to bring some better water then really saw some activity as water hit the grass line. We boated 2 nice reds around 27-28in and lost a few more including a beautiful sight cast my father in law made to a 30+ incher cruising the grass edge with his back out of the water. Beautiful day. All fish on soft plastics rigged weedless.
