Fall colors were beautiful and the fish were feisty. BWO were hatching all day in sizes 18-22 along with October Caddis in 16-18. Alot of rainbows a few brooks and a hand full of browns. Mostly small fish but we had a blast. We Dredged some deep holes down river from Burrels Ford in hopes of hooking some big pre spawn Browns but no luck. Most fish took October caddis emergers, Elk hair drys and BWO’s.
Thanks for the report looks like a good time, where were you fishing in the upstate ??
