try contacting a trade school or juvenile marine institute that teaches high schoolers a trade. I know a guy in Beaufort who got the platform for free- just had to supply the aluminum. they did a good job
Oswald propeller will make anything you want. Go uo there and tlak to Brooks. He’ll take care of you. he can either make you a new one or he might have one sittin around his shop he can fit to your boat. One of the best aluminum welders or anything welder ive ever met. you should see the rod rack he made for my truck box.
