Used Motor Inspection

I’m inland, bought a new yamaha in '07 for my little proline and have loved it. I’m about to upgrade boats, the one I’m looking at is wet slipped (summer months only) in the saltwater. The 200HP yamaha has about 100hours according to the current owner. I’ve got him down to a price that I’m happy with, but I’m going to have the motor inspected by a pro. What are the specifics that I should request from a professional for a pre-purchase inspection for a wet slipped yamaha 200hp 4 stroke? I’ve got my short list, but want to hear yours.
