This guy on Ebay has some good prices on new tires and rims. I just got two 480 12s for the price of one from walmart.

You might wanna try a trailer repair shop? Alot of their customers get their trailer serviced and want the rims and tires change because of a bit of rust. I needed a spare for my trailer and asked Harris Stone,At The Trailer Shop if he had any used rims ,He told me to go look in his scrap metal trailer that he had just thrown a couple out, sure enough I found a great one. I asked him how much he wanted for it and he told me to just take it,Great guy. I took it back to my shop mounted a used 13in tire on it.Now I have a spare.
