Usually don’t fish weekends, But

Fished this weekend and realized y eye prefer not too. Lots of boats and skidoos. Ramp holdups but that’s apart of fishing and launching no matter where you put in. So back to my week days schedule.Small slam yesterday

Trouts reds and flounder were all small.
Slammed today with losing the first flounder but managed two others 16.75 & 18.50, then comes a 19.25 red and of course a rat trout

Back home around 10:45 before the sun heats up.

Some nice flounder! That’s my next goal to figure those out ! Awesome!

Yessir! 2 nice flatties on a crowded weekend? That’s a good day in my book!

Hope it does not take you as long as I too figure out the bite. Artificial bite is a different hook set than mm bite. Working on finger mullets now that I can get a 6’ net to half @$$ open.

Man, I do love artificials, but I’ve been trying to practice more with the net. Searching for that big pancake. More often than not, I’m throwing tacos!

welcome to my world. I get a half banana with a few FM caught and I’m good with that. Caught 3 rat flounders 8" to 12.5" and was ran out of goose creek river. The Navy guy said one cannot fish until after the Train track just before N Rhett Bridge. I’ve fish this area for over 20 yrs and this was a first to me and they never had a problem before. I guess rules have changed recently. But there’s more water out there I can venture. Keeps me closer to BP with gas prices.

Whaaaat??? Thats BS
