Venison loin on the BGE

Gotta make room in the freezer for this year’s hits I’ve put out. Thanks Poly for the deer.

Cooked a few minutes per side at about 700 degrees. Let it rest around 7 minutes. Delicious.

Down here is where a signature goes but they can confuse and anger some people so I don’t have one.

Fritz looks perfect I cook mine the same way use course kosher salt and home blended black and cayenne pepper. Let’s the venison be the star.
