We had some leftover rare grilled venison tenderloin. One of our favorite snacks is quick and easy nachos. Take some big nacho chips and pour a good quality salsa (we used Newmans Black Bean salsa) over the chips, then sprinkle a bunch of grated cheddar cheese over the top and pop in the microwave until the cheese melts. The twist this time was dicing some of the left over venison over it too. It was really great!
Sounds great. We are eating some fried loin strips that I marinated in mustard, garlic and soy.May not be any left though!!
