I have a Gen. I 150 Verado (2006). I am trying to change the spark plugs but can’t access the bottom 2 because the cowl lock mechanism is in the way. How do you remove the cowl latch?? This is not explained in the owner’s manual.

I believe you remove the lower cowls, not teh latch
