I used about a cup or a little more taters, 2 small vidalia onions,1/2 stick unsalted butter for cooking onions in pan.,3 eggs beaten with about 1/4 cup cram 1 tablespoon corn starch( or could use flour) 1 heaping tablespoon sour cream , three slices bacon, crumbled…optional…and then shredded italain cheese. This is a “guess-ta-mate”
