Headed out with my daughter, Melany, to fish the Wando River in Charleston, SC. She has never caught a Redfish before. We started out at Juba Flats and worked our way back towards 526. The first redfish of the morning was caught on a Zman EzShrimp - Eye Strike weedless jighead. The camera was dirty for that fish and we did not get any good video. The next two redfish were caught on a carolina rig with mud minnows. We had a great time and hope to go back soon.
Great video and nice catching … The best thing is not the catching or the fish at all , it’s the quality time you two are spending together… I can’t remember many of the fish or the deer,rabbits ect that I and (my kids) went after but they can recall each and every trip and they tell their own children of those times…
Building those memories are priceless beyond words to express…

Great video and really great to see dads and daughters fishing together! If more parents spent time with their kids, there’d be a lot fewer bad kids out there.
