Our strongest voice for recreational fishing and hunting in the state legislature needs our help tomorrow. He was 500 votes ahead of his opponent a few weeks ago, and the run-off is tomorrow 6/28.

I don’t have much time to type right now, or else I would list specific things Stephen Goldfinch has literally championed for us while in the House of Representatives. There has been a lot of mud slung at him and money raised by people outside the district for his opponent, and we need to turn out and take the 10 minutes needed to cast a vote for the guy who ALWAYS is going to push our best interests first.
We do not need to lose Goldfinch, guys and girls. I’m telling you right now.
I started many companies. I’ve been blessed with success in many, but I’ve also seen some heartache from some of them. I’ve been sued once. It was for $200 million dollars. Make up your own mind whether or not that was frivolous.
One of the companies I started was highly regulated and I was the ultimate responsible party as the CEO. Something improper happened and the Feds held me responsible. The fine is $1,000.00. If they ever wanted to go forward, I would pay my thousand bucks and move on with life. But they haven’t. Politics keeps reopening this wound. it makes for a convenient story when you’re running against me…or when you’re a play-for-pay blogger.
Now, he can get back to work instead of dealing with all the personal attacks spunded (spin+funded) by special interests outside our district he has never backed down from.
