W Scarp 5 2 6 Great day

PaPa’s Toy left the MI jetty at 5:45 Lines in by 9 am. Had my regular crew with me Tommy the all around camera, boat driver and handy man, Wild Bill and a rookie Paul.The ride out was right on the forecast 4 to 5 footers ran about 23 mphr out. Water laid down ran back in at 35 mpr. Had a great day 3 doubles went through 2 packs of ballyho. Went 7 for 12 on doplhin 4 gaffers 2 slingers and a peanut. About 11:45 the WTFB went off and the reel started screaming 20 min later a Biggg Wahoo in the boat. at 12:30 the WTFT went off agin 15 min later a 20lb Black finn. Going again on Tuesday Endded the day with
7 dolphin
2 Wahoo
1 Black finn

Looks like 35-40 where I’m sitting.

I guess everyone had a long transit out to the fishing grounds. Looks like the trip turned out pretty good though. Nice Catch.

Let’s see the big wahoo.

If it was lit up like the little one it should make a great picture.

That wahoo is 25lbs, give or take a few, but it’s still a pretty fish and yields a lot of meat. Nice work on the picture when he still has color.

Just to clarify, I wasn’t calling the fish 55 lbs. The poster called it 55 lbs in his original post and then went back and edited. That fish might be 30 tops, and that’s being generous.
