WAHOO BITE WAS OFF THE CHAIN YESTERDAY......

The DIRTY MARTINI crew strikes again. We made it out to the 100/400 yesterday in hopes of finding the Hoos. It started out slow but about about 9:30 that all changed. Went 0-5 to start, had mono BFT rigs out, they seemed to know which ones to target. Quickly changed it up and that made all the differnce. Got on top the numbers and the wolfpack didnt let us down. Immediate triple hookup, decked a couple then another triple, stuck them all. Picked through them till about 2PM putting a couple more in the boat. All in all, 12-15 bites with 7 fish in the boat. Shoulda had twenty. Amazing Day…probably our best ever for wahoo.

nice fellas what a freaking awesome day. Now I’m pumped about getting out on Sat. What was the water temp you were fishing?

Ok, I have 2 stupid questions:

  1. Why is that guy wearing pajama pants

and

  1. How do you think that you should have caught 20 when you only got 12 to 15 bites. That boat must really raise them.

That is some awesome fishing…I’m motivated to get out now…

Nice hoos guys!

-Wishes Charlotte was 3 hours closer to the ocean…-

Not sure of the Temp, it was not functioning.

Youre right those are stupid questions. But Im sorry if my math was wrong, it was a hectic day…next time I’ll try to write each one down before I share the report with you.

Better yet Ill just keep my report to myself.

NOT!!!:stuck_out_tongue::smiley:

The Pajamas in question, Im told are his lucky fishin pants. Which by the way were Pajama Shorts by mid day. But they sure were lucky from the looks of it.:slightly_smiling_face:

Pullin bait, hot colors seemed to be blu/wt,blk/pep,org/blk., but I think they hit everything throughout the day

Best wahoo report on here in a long while for sure!

Congrats Ace. Looks like we’ve got some good days ahead.

If you’re lucky enough to live at the beach, you’re lucky enough.

Yeah, I think if you can pick your day, you should get a good chance at them. We may try um again toward the end of the week if the wind lays.

How many lines are you pullings? Planer or Z wing on the down lines.

7 lines, ones a planer rod…I tried the z-wing years ago but found it was to hard to retrieve without pretty much stopping.
