Buddy of mine got out Thursday and had luck with the wahoo. He gave me a few chunks. Cleaned up and made some tacos for some Saturday football viewing. Just used what we had to avoid a trip to the store.
We always have some type of lettuce, usually romaine because it has a great shelf life. Carrot. Red onion. Dukes mayo and Valentina are all usual suspects in my kitchen.
I got this outside gas cooker for my wife. Most anything fried or fish gets done on the deck. Easy clean up, no smell in house. Cooked the wahoo with olive oil, salt and pepper. Got this nonstick pan for cooking outside. The raised ridges help with really fatty foods. For grilling I have charcoal and a Weber.
All together came out great.
