What kind of footwear y’all wearing out there on the flats?
old shoes with a pair of socks with the toes cut off pulled over the outside to keep the shoe on and the snails out.

Get you a good pair of wetsuit booties. Had mine for 5 years now, no tears, no snails getting in and they are really lightweight!!
That boy’s fuked up like a soup sandwich!!
Started off using orvis wading boots, because I never get to use them in the mtn. streams. Then decided tennis shoes made more sense and could care less what happens to them.

I have always used the gill sailing boots from west marine, since they are easy to slip on and off and they stick on really well
i have columbia fishing shoes that have mesh screen and slits in the bottom for water to run thru. they fit tight on the foot so they stay on.

I always wear surf booties. They hold up year after year too. The only problem I have had with them is the sweet tan line/sock tan.
