Wando 11/3 Early Morning

Headed to some creeks of the Wando today around 6:45. We came to get some reds out from around docks, but we couldn’t find bait due to high tide. Ended up using DOA shrimp and ended the day with only 2 trout. Could someone please tell me how to get bait when the tide is so high?

You can often find bait out in the middle of creeks cruising the surface. You can see the push. Seeing less and less of it as the water cools down. As for shrimp, deep holes of wich I know of none that are consistent, but they are out there.
