I had a rare friday off today and decided to fish the afternoon in hopes that the winds would have died off by then. The conditions could not have been more pleasant and the fish must have agreed. I used ZMan swimmerZ’s, ZMan PaddlerZ’s, and the Bomber SS working points, drop offs, and outflows. The reds and trout were both very active today and I even had another December flounder to complete the slam. I fished about 4 hours and ended up with 16 trout(up to 18"), 9 reds (up to 26"), and 1 flounder (13’). Tomorrow looks like another good weather day. Good luck this weekend guys!
I managed to get out again today a little after 2pm. The bite was a little slower today but the average sized trout was much better. 10 trout and 6 reds.
