Fished last Saturday with buddies on my friends boat. We ran up the wando river from Ellis creek where his boat is. It was a nice little run. Harbor was glass calm at dark thirty in the AM.
Bait: live finger mullet,shrimp, and Zman goldrush lures.
Where: mid wando around the 526 bridgeat: redfish trout and flounder. Fishing docks and seawalls
Rigs: 1/4 jig heads thrown around docks, and popping corks.
Had an awesome time, can’t wait for tomorrow
Size 11.5 Sperry…
Bow was kinda slippery after that.

We caught 2 dozen slot redfish we only kept the.bigger ones, nothing under 19’. I normally release my redfish but we were in a tournament and my girl wanted some fish. So I don’t appriciate the comment.

Thank you. They were great blackened and sauteed. We each kept 3 redfish and a trout and flounder. By the way, nice way to get on the site. You an LSK fan too?
