Wando River Boat Slip

Hello Friends

I live off of Wagner Creek and am looking for a rental slip on the Wando River. Can any of you recommend a local Marina that would be able to dock a 21 foot fishing boat.

Daniel Island Marina, near Clements Ferry Rd. and I-526 has dry stack and in-water slips. It sits on Clouter Creek off the Cooper River and is only minutes from the Wando. Phone number is 884-1000. I believe rates start at $13.50/ft/mo. depending on how you pay. It’s a really good place with good service.

There is also the ramp right beside the hwy 41 bridge over the wando. He works out of a small trailer just beside the gas station. They don’t do the dry stack, but let you put your trailer under covered storage. Great guy and a nice place. I only use the ramp, don’t store my boat there for whatever that is worth.

There is also uncovered storage just across the street (on the harbor side of the bridge) but I don’t have any experience with them.
