I went out both days this past weekend for a couple of hours just before sunset. I guess the word is out that the bite has picked up. I must have seen two dozen boats fishing the upper wando in the couple hours I was out. I didn’t have the type of sucess that I had during the week but again there was a lot of folks out this weekend. I decided to try some new areas for a change. I did manage to catch a few nice fish and a ton of small reds and trout. All fish caught on live shrimp or small mullet on a carolina rig and some on a popping cork.
